VILLA TORRENUEVA is a contemporary villa shaped around water, light and clean geometric proportion.
Located in Mijas, the project explores a more immersive relationship between architecture and poolscape, using elevated water planes, crisp terraces and atmospheric blue-hour lighting to define the experience of the house.
Villa Torrenueva is located in Mijas, an area of the Costa del Sol that lends itself especially well to contemporary residential architecture with open views, generous terraces and strong outdoor living. Its climate and topography allow architecture to extend naturally into water, landscape and sky.
The project is conceived through a concentrated architectural language, where a smaller number of images still reveals a clear identity: elevated pool architecture, crisp white volumes, expansive glazing and a carefully staged blue-hour atmosphere. The result is a residence defined less by ornament and more by spatial clarity, light and precision.
